Revitalize Community Health Outreach

Working Towards a Healthier Hartford

The Revitalize Community Health Outreach is a concentrated effort to get information about free and low-cost health services and incentives into the hands of tens of thousands of Hartford residents each year. This outreach is a part of Urban Alliance's Revitalize health initiative.

Revitalize Outreach | June 9 • 9:00AM-12:00PM*, Hartford
Hundreds of volunteers from local churches and ministry organizations distribute Revitalize health resource bags in a collaborative, one-day, door-to-door effort, with the goal of helping Hartford residents improve their nutrition and decrease the prevalence of adverse health conditions like diabetes and heart disease.

*Group lunch will be provided following distribution of the resource bags

Children and students are welcome; anyone under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

World Vision

Coming Early Fall 2018

A one-day serve to help assemble and pack hygiene kits for distribution by World Vision.

Communities across the globe lack access to basic, but critical items that promote good health and sanitation. During times of disaster, displacement and difficult circumstances of poverty, these items are especially needed.
