OUTDOOR SERVICES

We love getting outside for worship during the warm weather months. Bring a lawn chair or your favorite blanket and enjoy service in our picnic grove, weather permitting. On these Sundays we'll keep our nursery and preschool programs indoors while other other children stay with their families. Learn more here.
BAPTISMS IN THE BROOK

Nothing better than celebrating and supporting this important next step in a person's relationship with Jesus! During the summer months we move baptisms outside to the beautiful brook behind our campus building. After our second service we take a short walk to the banks of the brook to celebrate and cheer on the individuals that make a decision to be baptized by immersion. Learn more here.
COOKOUTS

We love to fire up the grills during the summer months and enjoy a potluck cookout. We provide the burgers and hot dogs and ask everyone that is able to bring a side dish, salad or dessert to share. Eating a meal together is a fun way to connect and get to know others! Everyone is welcome!
Kids
Summer Kids Camp

Location: VBCC Campus: 160 Granville Road, North Granby, CT
Open to kids ages 4-10 (pre-K through grade 5)
This year kids will discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world! Kids participate in memorable Bible learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, and test out sciency-fun experiments. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. It will be a fun week!
Dads & Kids Field Day
Cost: $13 per person or $40 for a family of 4
Date: Saturday, August 9
Time: 8:00am - 2:00pm
We are throwing an epic field day for Dads and their kids this August. Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, an inflatable, and games! This will be a fun, casual day offering the opportunity to connect with your kids & one another.

Collide Challenge Course

Cost: $30 (includes lunch)
Join us for a fun outdoor day this July! We are headed to the Newington Challenge Course to spend the day on their high ropes and low ropes courses. We will also enjoy lunch together. There is a limited number of spots so be sure to sign up today ⭐️
